Miscarriage------what hospital does with the baby.?

i had a missed miscarriage at my 12 week scan but the baby had died at 7 weeks i went in hospital and took the tablets. when i was getting discharged they gave me a leaflet about funeral arrangements. they actually cremate the remnants. for the last 8 weeks i have had the patient welfare officers ringing and writing asking if i want to go, send flowers make a special box with my daughter to bury with baby and even carry the coffin. it all seems a little drastic to me and is proving very stressful. im made to feel guilty when i say i dont want to go but if i do go its going to drag on for another 3 weeks until the cremation. i need some closure for myself and my family. i was wondering if anyone else has had this experience. it said in the leaflet that it would be carried out within 4 weeks and its harder to deal with than actually losing the baby

Hi, I'm planning on spending a year abroad in the near future, and I'm thinking of spending that time in India ( a country I love very very much! ) but I'm not sure what tradition dictates for women's clothing there. This bird needs to go to a wildlife rehabber or vet that takes injured wildlife in. Many do and it is free. Any bird that has been caught by a cat needs meds as cats have deadly bacteria in saliva that proves toxic to birds in days. You may not see any injuries but many times there are puncture wounds hidden deep under thousands of feathers. If this bird is a fledgling that was on ground it may not be able to fly yet. A vet can refer you to a rehabber or the DEC can. Sooner the better. Keep it warm by placing in cage or box with heating pad under outside bottom of 1/2 of box or cage. Give food and water. Offer seed, meal worms, soaked cat and or dog food. Make the water shallow. Then get it some med attention. Good of you to help it. Maybe put a breakaway collar on your cat if it has to go out with a nice bell on it to alert wildlife of it coming. Good luck.

Selling viruses? Is it illegal?

I am a programmer looking to start a business where I create programs that employers can install on their computers. Nearly identical software is often used nefariously by hackers. Even when being used in a legal way the software still acts very much like a viurs. I am wondering if selling this software would break any state or federal laws. Of course I know that hacking with viruses is illegal, but I'm not sure that selling viruses necessarily is. Employers can use software, such as keyloggers to ensure that their employees are using computers acceptably during work. Even though hacker's can use keyloggers to gain sensitive information unsuspecting victims, an employer can use one on a computers they own. I would ume that the person or the company selling the software isn't liable for the actions of their customers, the same way Wall-mart isn't responsible if you murder someone with a knife that they sold you instead of using it for it's intended purpose of preparing food. I am wondering if my hypothesis is correct. If so, are their laws (federal or state) and/or court rulings that regulate this market that I, as a Illinois citizen, should be aware of? Am I obligated to verify that the purchaser does not have a malicious intent? And are their limits to the features of my software? Also, because much of my business would be done online; am I obligated to follow regulations created by other states, and even countries? If anyone knows the answer to these questions, or where I could find - if they exist - regulations, especially any applying to Illinois and the United Stares, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Hair Ends Always Frizz, Solution?

My hair ends always look a bit untamed and even when the top of my hair is smooth, the ends would look dry and untamed. I don't have split ends which is why I opt to not cut them so instead I was wondering if I do a hot oil treatment with olive oil (from my kitchen) and apply it to just the ends of my hair. Then use Olive Oil's Replenishing Conditioner for my hair. Would this tame the frizz that comes on my hair ends? Advice and suggestion would be great!

Have you though of doing an internship at a theater and see how there drama department works? Also try working for a small newspaper? For someone who is unsure I would try getting experience before diving into college- its expensive and you don't want to waste your time. What about theater interests you-- costumes, performing, directing, organizing? Think about it. English isn't the best major out there if you only want an ociates degree. Heck even teachers with masters degrees are getting cut. Also try looking up pay scales of jobs you are interested in and the availability-- no point pursuing a degree when there are few jobs out there. Good luck.

Will this get rid of my lice problem once and for all???!?

so i'm 13 i got my first case of lice last month it went away and then came back the day i went back to school which was monday but i didn't notice it until wednesday. so i've used the rid treatment used the nit comb, and i combed my hair with olive oil and a nit comb on thursday, firday, and saturday. on wednesday i got like 10 live bugs, thursday i got 2, friday 1, and saturday 1. on thursday, friday and saturday the bugs i found were dead because they suffocated in the olive oil and i found very few eggs on those days to. on friday i saw the bug sucked some of my blood and saturday it was a nymph thursday i can't quite remember, but i will continue to the olive oil and nit comb until i find no more lice since it has worked so greatly even better than the shampoo i'd say.... but my question is do you think it'll work? do you think today will rpobably be my last day having to do it again?! i'm keeping my hiar in a bun and my bangs pinned back for the rest of the school year! oh and i forgot to mention i did shampoo my hair (with regular shampoo)to get the olive oil out each time. my mom is also washing my pillow cases, towels, and the couch covering. Yet another cry for help about Fussy Eating Toddlers!?

My son is 14 months old and since we started weaning him, he's only ever eaten very fresh and even organic foods. He eats everything and I've been blessed with a very easy going baby when it comes to food. I'm a huge Annabel Karmel fan and I make everything for him from scratch. Up until about a month ago he was still eating everything. I'd like to add that recently he's also been staying with my in-laws on most weekends (they're leaving to Australia for good very soon so we want them to enjoy spending time with him as much as possible). My in-laws are career people and don't know how to cook so they give him all kinds of crisps, jar food, biscuits (Heinz chocolate flavoured ones!!!! Much to my constant disaproval!), etc... which he's not used to in our house. Now my son won't even eat apples, which used to be his favourite fruit. He's so picky with everything and won't even smell the food I offer him to know what it is. He simply turns his head away and starts screaming (a recent development in his behaviour as well!) I feel terrible and don't know how to get him to eat well again. I know I shouldn't worry as he's quite 'well-built' but I want him to get all his vitamins and even playing with food and making it fun doesn't work. Once he gets it in his head that he doesn't want the food, he automatically starts screaming. HELP?!

I'm a 19 year old guy, and for about two months i've had a small brown spot on the large toenail of my left foot. It's about the size of a pea, and it doesn't hurt at all. I love that haircut too!! Well I got that haircut too and I love, love love it! First of all if your like me and one of the things you love about it is the length, you'll need to grow out your hair. Try to keep it healthy and well maintained. Then you want to go to the hairstylist and ask for bangs and layers or print off the picture and show it to the lady, which is much easier and what I did. Then to get it all wavy and messy, after you've taken a shower or dampened your hair with a squirt bottle take some gel or moose and flip your head over and scrunch. If you have straight hair try using rollers or a large barrel curling iron and then brush it out. I really love this look too and I think it could work on almost anyone. Best of luck!!:)

Okay so im 13, i usually clified myself as a baritenor, so i talked to my chorus teacher and she said i was pretty much a b, since i sing lower than most boys at my school she said im able to hit a C2. Okay so i tried singing an A4 and i thought i sang it right, but then when i told my teacher about it and sang it to her, she said it was actually middle C, C4, and that's the highest note i can sing. Although when i sang it it felt higher than a C4 and sounded like it. She said i must hear my voice higher than it really is. So, when i sing up to a C4, it sounds really nasally and annoying and i want to change that to a more pleasant sound. I would be embarred to sing like that live, so i really do need to change the quality of my higher range. And id like to be able to sing an A4 (without falsetto) can any give me tips or help on this? please!

Ps3 controller won't connect?

Hi, I just bought a new dualshock 3 controller off the internet. It's an official Sony controller. When I try to connect it to my ps3 it connects to ports 1 and 2 at the same time and I can't do anything with it, all the ons are immobile. When I connect another sixaxis controller, it works fine. I've tried my new dualshock on my dad's ps3 and it works perfectly. I've tried all the usual stuff, resetting the controller, letting it charge, pairing it up using the cable. Any suggestions? Polished Floor Disaster. Rough with bubbles what is this?

We wanted to re-polish our floorboards so we lightly sanded the floors and put a coat of floor polish with a roller and they turned up beautiful. But the second coat, after we lightly sanded again and put the second coat of floor polish, it has a lot of rough spots and what appears to be bubbles underneath. The stairs and rails are also rough to touch. Tried to sand the floors again (with a 1/3 sheet hand held sander) and it just keeps peeling. It was 19 hours between coats. White noise/hissing constant when recording?

ok whenever i record my vocals for a track there is this CONSTANT hissing whitenoise in the background throughout the whole track that is very noticeable and ruins the vocals. She was supposed to talk to her guidance councelor today at school for other school problems, so we made her stay home. I am scared to death they will look at this as child abuse...how worried should I be about this?? The worst thing is, there were 2 other children present who witnessed the accident. Well this is a long story. So theres this guy that i've never met before that i saw in alot of pictures and for some reason i feel like i've known him my entire life. I was lunging my horse and rolled my ankle bad, and then I went and did it again. What is the fastest way to?

make it heal? I don't want to rush it but I want it to get better. It hurt like anything on Sunday when I did it, I had Nurofen and then 2 before I slept, woke up and it flt better. I couldn't walk on it at all, today is day 2, and I am on crutches, and I can put a bit of weight on it, hardly any at all, but I can walk on my of my toes while with crutches. I thought it may have Been broken, but it doesn't hurt nearly as much as it did. I keep it elevated at night and most of the day, its bandaged and I keep it warm with a light blanket and I have a sock on now. I can move my toes and push my foot up and down like pointing my toes a bit. It hurts a bit on the inside and outside of the ankle bone. I have a job thing tomorrow, and im going to say that I can go but not really work, its just a look around and I would have worked for teh day but that won't happen since I can't carry anything since my hands are full of crutches. I had an ice pack on at first, and when showering I let the water run over it. There is hardly any swelling now, my ball sof my feet are slightly puffy, well, not puffy, more like firm comparred to spongy feet, if that makes sense. There is a bit of bruising on the top of my foot near the ankle/lower leg joint, but otehr than that nothing. I don't know if I should go to the Drs, since Swine Flu and I have a low immune system from a subsequent problem, anyway, peoples opinions on helping it heal fast but well. I'll prob. go to drs anyway if it still hurts after a few days and I can't walk on it, but then if I walk on it when its not ready I could do more damage. I think its a pretty bad sprain but I think thats it, just a sprain, Ive hda a broken wrist (both bones) and that hurt and I was in pain for days and cound't sleep, I can sleep and no pain during most of teh day until it gets colder at night. I only have 2 Panamax at night when it starts to hurt (about 7:30PM) and then I have 2 nurofen at about 11:30PM before I sleep, or I miss the panamax and just have nurofen before I go to bed. Thats all I have. Anyway, ideas.

I LOVE PINK SWOON! I use it again and again and again. It looks like such a standard pink but it's so rosy and gives a great glow to the skin. I've tried all their other blushes and I keep coming back to Pink Swoon. I think it looks very young and fresh and natural. Of course if you over-do it, you could look too pink so just go nice and easy. I think it's a fabulous pink color. One of the best.

Husband in iraq and i got a weird phone call?

I checked my husband's cell phone for any missed calls this morning and it had one. The number was from Ft. Myer, VA. I spoke to the man on the other line and he said that he was just calling my husband to advise him that Ft. Myer, VA was gonna be his next duty station. Which makes no sense to me cause my husband is deployed and has a while left before he returns stateside. This phone call just really confused me. The man on the line also told me that he got spoke to my husband. Could this be some type of mistake? But if it is how did they get his name and phone number correct. Should I do anything? I mean there's nothing I can do but I guess I'll just wait until my hubby calls so he can make sure that it's a mistake.
