i mean, country that is well known for its general and collective mastery in singing,which when ask as a whole,cud have the most no. of talented singers?be it professional or amatuers.coz i havent found a study or surveys conducted by any institutions which talk about this.ive heard of the countries with the happiest people,the country of the the thinnest people,etc.
