How can I clean my white converse without turning them yellow?

I bought these white low cut converse nd I wore them a couple of times nd now thier dirty! I start school soon nd I want them looking nice nd new again! so can u PLZ help me b4 school starts...i dont wna just put them in the washer cuz they might turn yellow nd i just dont know what to do......PLZ HELP!!!!!!!
