Is it possible for my husband to be in Air Force ROTC and us live together with the subsidies?

My husband is contemplating joining AF ROTC, the problem is we are married and were wondering how we get a place to live together. We don't know if any colleges offer married housing or if the ROTC program has something for married couple... I know there is a monthly stipend but far from enough to cover any sort of rent... The options are enlistment, or finishing his degree through ROTC, and it is the better option, but only if we can afford to have a place or if any schools have married housing.
