Alright, i do 15x3 pushups, 10x3 dumbell presses 40lbs, 15x3 dumbell flys 20lbs, decline crunch 25+15+10, 25lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs. Then pull overs 10x3 40. WIll this get my pecs bigger, i just now started working out my whole body again a little while ago, so im not starting off with too much weight, im 15 5.11 147-150 pounds. Thanks
