Ever have this weird feeling?

Well this is a long story. So theres this guy that i've never met before that i saw in alot of pictures and for some reason i feel like i've known him my entire life. The first time i had a dream with him, he held my hand and it just felt so amazing even though it wasn't even real. But i still felt as though i've touched that hand before. And so far i have had 27 dreams with this person. It's the weirdest feeling of familiarity i've ever felt in my life. It's like i probably know everything about him even though i've never met him in my life. So what is it? Has anyone else felt this? And what is the meaning of this?
