Do the visitors walk to the different camp grounds in Yosemite Park?

Is there a bus that takes us to the places like Glacier Point, Yosemite Waterfalls, etc or do we have to walk there. If there is transportation, do we have to pay seperate fees on each ride to get to a different place? Thanks!!!
