How do I know if my landlord is monitoring my Internet use?

I have cable internet access, which is included with my rent--I use a high-speed landline, not wireless (I'm not sure if that makes a difference). I'm not downloading or trying to join Al Qaeda online or anything, but I'd just like to know if my usage is being logged--I'm not wracked by guilt; I'm just paranoid. Aside from just asking her (which would probably make me look like I was doing one of the above-mentioned activities), is there a way I can find out if my Internet use is being monitored?
