Will this get rid of my lice problem once and for all???!?

so i'm 13 i got my first case of lice last month it went away and then came back the day i went back to school which was monday but i didn't notice it until wednesday. so i've used the rid treatment used the nit comb, and i combed my hair with olive oil and a nit comb on thursday, firday, and saturday. on wednesday i got like 10 live bugs, thursday i got 2, friday 1, and saturday 1. on thursday, friday and saturday the bugs i found were dead because they suffocated in the olive oil and i found very few eggs on those days to. on friday i saw the bug sucked some of my blood and saturday it was a nymph thursday i can't quite remember, but i will continue to the olive oil and nit comb until i find no more lice since it has worked so greatly even better than the shampoo i'd say.... but my question is do you think it'll work? do you think today will rpobably be my last day having to do it again?! i'm keeping my hiar in a bun and my bangs pinned back for the rest of the school year! oh and i forgot to mention i did shampoo my hair (with regular shampoo)to get the olive oil out each time. my mom is also washing my pillow cases, towels, and the couch covering. WILL THIS WORK?!!!!
