Fashion advice for a short girl?

I'm really short too and have the same problem. I buy my jeans from Deb cuz they tend to run shorter so I don't look dumpy. I buy dresses that would be shorter on most girls and wear them as a dress. Search amazon for tunics and sundresses and you'll find a lot of shorter dresses. Skinny jeans make you look taller as do tank tops. Avoid vertical stripes and capris. Try buying ballet flats with a slight heal from payless. Also knee high flat boots make you appear taller.
