Are you sick of your teenage son's attitude?

My son is almost 14, and he's totally driving me mental!!! The constant attitude, thinking he knows better, thinking I know nothing! and just not listening... It seems like every day has become a fight. This morning he was an hour late for school, just because he has this amazing talent to drag his feet and drag every miniscule task out to the maximum amount of time it could possibly take! I've now told him he's grounded for the weekend (he's been late a lot lately, on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week and I've had enough!), and so now he's really pissed off at me like I'm the most horrible person in the world!! I just can't win... How do you handle it? or get by with your son?
