What is this movie? I only remember a few scenes.?

A few boys raise money to pay, I think a hooker in the city to strip naked for them. They go to the city and there was one kid who didn't watch and held a bag of chips and offered them to her to be a "gentleman". Then later on they find out that their bikes were stolen and I think she had to drive them home. Further in to the movie, she went to the kids' school and there she takes her top off to show that she's wearing some kind of spandex underneath and the kid draws were the organs are supposed to be. That's all I remember, I've been trying to remember the name of this movie but I just can't and searching for it in google only gives me some kind of o site... D8
