Sounds like you're already doing a pretty good job! Maybe try lying so he's on his back, and you're on top of him but so your head is just above his groin and look up at him to talk to him, to him.. it was almost look like a bj position, but with you both fully dressed and you just lying there.. it'd be a mive tease :)
