24 weeks pregnant...woke up sweating and so hot with worst headache i've ever had...?

It is scaring the crap out of me, i've never woken up like this. I've never had a headache that has ever hurt this bad that it has waken me from a dead sleep in a drenching wet sweat. In front of my head above eyebrows...shaky, sweaty...help?
