Any one know about stye eye?

i'm pretty sure i have a stye on the surface of my eye lid. ive read i should bath it in warm water and i've also tried oregano oil because it's usually my cure for everything and i was hesitant to try to put antibiotics on it. My question is how long will it take for it to go away? How big will my eye get? will it really pop? and anyone know a better treatment (more faster solution)? - Thanks in advance.
